"Ordered takeaway from Shahi Dawat last night and it was spot on! Everything was fresh, hot and packed with flavour. The naan bread was soft and buttery, and the lamb rogan josh just melted in my mouth. Highly recommend this place if you want authentic Indian food."

"The Lamb Korma was delicious. Sadly the Saag Paneer was over-salted (concluded by 2 of us). I would still order from here again."

"Our first time dinning here but we will be back for sure! We started with the mixed platter for a starter. Generous servings of 4 different items including best lamb kebab and samosa we have ever had. The spice mixes were outstanding taking average items to amazing items. My butter chicken was a wonderful dreamy creamy medium/hot and not sweet. Perfect! Total comfort food with tender chicken and soft fresh fluffy naan breads busting with flavour. Recommend trying the nuts and dried fruit one for something different to enjoy with your curry. Hubby had the Goan fish curry that has tasty beautifully cooked fish in a creamy sauce that had just the right amount of citrus to make this a highly recommended high quality item. Huge glass of mango lassi and a beer were the perfect accompaniments. Lovely friendly staff made us feel welcome and we look forward to coming back soon. Our new home for great Indian food has been found! See you again soon. Thanks team."
